Billing & Shipping Information
Once your order is placed, we will contact you regarding payment.
CREDIT CARD BUYERS
We require a credit card authorization form for each order, unless other arrangements have been made.
All first time buyers are required to send an authorization form, and copies of the front and back of the credit card and ID as well.
We prefer if you email all information to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also fax it to (213)489-4538.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All orders being shipped by ground will be charged using Authorize.net.
Orders being shipped via 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day will be charged manually.
We also accept Paypal. We will contact you regarding the total amount and payment info after the order is placed.
All Paypal orders are address verified. We will not accept payments from anyone who does not have a confirmed address with Paypal.
Any payments from unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted.
We will contact you once we pick your order and get the final amount.
We will send you banking information for transfer.
All order will be shipped out via UPS, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped out same day pending payment and confirmation of out of stock items (if applicable).
We offer $10 flat rate for UPS ground shipments (Continental US Only). 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipments will be charged according to shipping weight and address.
All first time customers will receive free UPS ground shipping (Continental US only).
