- All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving order.
- If you would like to return merchandise, please email email@example.com to get return authorization.
- If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All return packages must be received by Fame within 30 days of your order's original shipment date.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
- Fame Accessories will cover shipping for any damaged merchandise.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
- Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- Fame reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
How to Return Items
- Carefully review our Returns Policy above to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
- Put the packing slip, along with the item(s) – with original hang tags attached (if applicable) and in undamaged condition – in a securely sealed shipping package. Jewelry items must be bubble wrapped or packed in a box upon return shipping.

- Write down your tracking number, so you can see when we have received your package.
- Please allow sufficient time for your package to reach us, plus an additional 7 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii Returns
